Ann is the lead planner and floral designer behind Satin & Stems Studio.
She serves as the primary planning contact for our clients, guiding each event from the early planning stages through execution. Ann works closely with clients to understand their vision, manage the planning process, coordinate the details, and keep all of the moving pieces working together.
As our floral designer, Ann also brings the botanical and artistic elements of an event to life. From bouquets and centerpieces to ceremony installations and statement arrangements, she designs florals to complement the overall aesthetic and create a cohesive visual experience.
Her role brings together two essential pieces of an event: making sure it is thoughtfully planned and making sure the floral design feels intentional.
On event day, Ann leads the planning and coordination while collaborating closely with Sarah on styling, installation, and final execution.
Ann brings the planning expertise, floral artistry, organization, and calm guidance that help our clients feel confident throughout the process.

Sarah leads the creative design, custom builds, and hands-on styling behind Satin & Stems Studio.
Her role begins with understanding the overall vision and then figuring out how to turn that vision into a physical experience.
Sarah focuses on custom design elements, event builds, décor, styling, installations, rentals, and the visual details that transform a venue into something completely unique to the event.
She is involved in determining how the pieces come together—not simply selecting beautiful individual elements, but considering the room as a whole: the layout, scale, textures, florals, tablescapes, lighting, signage, guest flow, and the way the finished space feels when guests walk through the door.
With a background in hospitality and events, Sarah also approaches design with the guest experience in mind.

Sarah works alongside Ann throughout the planning process and takes the approved creative vision from concept to completion, ensuring the final environment feels cohesive, intentional, and beautifully executed.
